May 1 – Oct 31… $650/week .. $2,200/month or $2,000/month for 3+ months stay
Nov 1 – Apr 30….. $675/week .. $2,500/month or $2,300/month for 3+ months stay
There is a charge of $100 for each additional night.
Two Guest Maximum – Additional $10 per night for each additional guest.
